It was my first time i experience these kind of  so called rare delay of shipment. Due to unusually large number of orders, it disrupted my normal delivery schedule. Ill make sure that i will taking all the necessary steps to make sure that this type of problem does not happen again.

p/s: i will expedite delivery to you as soon as we have received the stock. InsyaAllah, this coming Tuesday 3 April 2012.

And good news for you..i will extend this March Promo until end of next week as compensation due to inefective and unreliable operations of courier service that we use.
